The Chef Truck

Filmmaker Jon Favreau’s 2014 movie “Chef” tells the story of a celebrity chef who leaves his cushy restaurant job to start a food truck with his son. The film, co-produced by celebrity chef Roy Choi, became a critical darling. Years later Favreau and Choi teamed together to bring the food truck from the movie to life on the Las Vegas Strip.

Our team coordinated a surprise appearance with Favreau and Choi to promote the opening of The Chef Truck. We filmed social video of the film’s stars serving hotel guests. In a behind-the-scenes interview, Favreau and Choi shared why they chose to bring The Chef Truck to Las Vegas.
